Each animation category has a list of animation options shown in the left hand panel on the third page of the wizard. Below is an illustration of the third page for the Bounce category.

Select one of the options and then fill in the control options on the right of the page. The control options allow you to control various aspects of the animation, such as the speed of the animation, the length of time the animation should take, and so on.
