The Extension table shows all of the file types you have added and will be able to search for in the Windows dialog box:

The order in which the file types are listed here is the order that they will appear in the Files of Type drop down list box in the Windows dialog. You can change the order in this table by selecting the extension name and using the Delete, Up or Down buttons.
