The Variables list contains all of the System and Publication variables for the current publication:

The columns in the list contain a summary of the contents of each variable listed. Double-clicking on a name of a variable will allow you to edit its contents.

Note: All System variables use upper case lettering. We recommend you use lower case or mixed case lettering for your own variables.
